1. Returns Window

  • Non-Custom Items: Return within 15 days of delivery.
  • Custom Orders: Final sale once approved via 3D model/AR visual.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Condition: Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Reason:
    • Free Returns: Damaged/defective items, wrong item shipped.
    • Paid Returns: Dissatisfaction (e.g., changed mind, didn’t like the item).

3. Return Shipping Costs

    • Free Returns: Damaged/defective items.
    • Paid Returns: Due to dissatisfaction.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email studioalamo24@gmail.com within 48 hours (damaged items) or 15 days (dissatisfaction).
  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide a return address and prepaid label (if eligible).
  3. Ship Back: Pack securely in original packaging. Use tracked shipping (recommended).

5. Refund Process

  • Timeline: Refunds processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment account.
  • Deductions:
    • Return shipping costs for dissatisfaction returns

6. Exchanges

  • Damaged/Defective: Free replacement.
  • Wrong Item: Free exchange (we cover return shipping).

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom/personalized orders.
  • Items not in original condition (e.g., scratches, missing packaging).
  • Final sale items (marked during checkout).

8. Restocking Fee

No restocking fees! We only deduct return shipping costs for dissatisfaction returns (where applicable).
