- Non-Custom Items: Return within 15 days of delivery.
- Custom Orders: Final sale once approved via 3D model/AR visual.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Condition: Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Reason:
- Free Returns: Damaged/defective items, wrong item shipped.
- Paid Returns: Dissatisfaction (e.g., changed mind, didn’t like the item).
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Free Returns: Damaged/defective items.
- Paid Returns: Due to dissatisfaction.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email studioalamo24@gmail.com within 48 hours (damaged items) or 15 days (dissatisfaction).
- Return Authorization: We’ll provide a return address and prepaid label (if eligible).
- Ship Back: Pack securely in original packaging. Use tracked shipping (recommended).
5. Refund Process
- Timeline: Refunds processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.
- Method: Refunded to your original payment account.
- Deductions:

6. Exchanges
- Damaged/Defective: Free replacement.
- Wrong Item: Free exchange (we cover return shipping).

- Custom/personalized orders.
- Items not in original condition (e.g., scratches, missing packaging).
- Final sale items (marked during checkout).
8. Restocking Fee
No restocking fees! We only deduct return shipping costs for dissatisfaction returns (where applicable).
